This is the 3rd night we are here now, list of issues were never corrected: TV not working Exercise equipment all TVs were not working Seems all attendee are hiding? exercise room were hot and no air movement?

Asked to talk to management but never got response from the worker at Club lounge. It is the attitude of the staff that gave me the feelings that they just don't care any way. To compound the situation, at the website or room there is no feed back or complain form to be found. It only answers question on sales related information, nothing to help you solve situations,,,,,then the same machine asked you are you a machine???!!!

This is the worst Crown Plaza Club Room experience I ever experienced, I think it is worst than even the very basic Holiday Inn Express in China. Very disappointed.

Product or Service Mentioned: Crowne Plaza Facility.

Reason of review: Bad quality.

Monetary Loss: $500.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

I liked: Front entrance hall.

I didn't like: Staff and management attitude.
